Small organic fertilizer plant with an annual output of 10,000-30,000 tons
Composting process: Moving type compost turner. For small organic fertilizer plants, Shunxin recommends using windrow compost turner. On the one hand, it can satisfy the composting and throwing of your small output of livestock manure. On the other hand, it is less expensive.
Crushing process: Semi-wet material crusher. What it does is it breaks down the lumps in your livestock manure into fine particles.

Pulverization: New vertical pulverizer. Before composting, you need to crush some dry materials such as straw, rice husks, etc. Mix the comminuted dry material with your livestock manure to reduce the moisture content of the material.
Composting: Trench compost turner. Here you need to build a trench, the trough turner operates along the track laid on the trough.
Pulverization: New vertical pulverizer. Pulverizing the thrown material for better granulation.
Mixing: Double shaft horizontal mixer. The double-shaft horizontal mixer adopts a double-helix structure, and the mixing is uniform.
Granulation: Disc granulator. The disc granulator adopts wet granulation, which is granulated by the centripetal force generated by the rotation of the disc. The output range of the disc granulator is between 0.5t/h-5t/h.
Screening: Particle screen machine. Shunxin screening machine is designed with three discharge ports, one for finished products, one for regranulation of powdered particles, and the other for waste products.
Drying and cooling: Dryers and coolers. Due to the wet granulation, the water content of the granules is relatively large, so it must be dried. In addition, due to the high temperature of the dryer, the dried particles need to be cooled before entering the packaging process.
Packaging: Automatic packaging machine. The last process of the entire production line. The packaging machine adopts computer control, accurate feeding and automatic packaging.
